Veronica, a former Chairman of our Club, took us into a world of nature, architecture, friendly people and most importantly the Tiger, as she recalled her ambitious and challenging Tour of India. Her longed-for dream of seeing tigers in their wild habitat was about to be realised!
Not only did we have a sensitive insight into Indian wildlife, culture and colourful, cheerful people; we ended the evening with a strong desire to go ourselves!
