Dave Dixon, a member of Alnwick Camera Club, took us on a journey which began at Alston Railway Station. In mainly monochrome, we enjoyed a series of railway images. Northumberland Churches were fascinating, colourful and, occasionally, completely unknown. Dave’s work explores so much: Urban Landscape, Desolate Dwellings and abstract subjects such as Flame. It was entertaining but also challenging. Can we find such interesting shots somewhere out there?
