Annual General Meeting Monday 26th March 2018

This year has flown by, and once again, it was time for our last weekly meeting of this year, with Rod Smith in the Chair.

This meeting was well supported by members who are keen to take up the opportunities of some Summer Days Out, details of which will be distributed in due course. A visit to Rothley Lake at Wallington and to the Farnes and to Cragside are on the Agenda. On Sunday 10th June we shall be at Party in the Park and we are also invited to participate in the 750th Anniversary Celebration between our Parish Church and its Patron, Merton College, Oxford. Merton Hall and Merton Way are both named in memory of this link.
Excellent news came from our foray into Gurushots, a global network Competition of Photographers. Phil Robson introduced this and has guided members through to a splendid finish to the year. We have gained CHAMPION status!! This is Level 7 of 9 Levels! https://gurushots.com/mh

Bill Norfolk had collated our submitted images of Three of a Kind; this will be held next session.
