Members enjoyed a very informative session delivered by Veronica Congleton and Katherine Guellard.
Veronica led us through the practical stages of recording and storing photographs. The most important advice she gave was to choose a method of saving, cataloguing and working with images and sticking to that method, which works for us personally. Light Room and Photoshop are known and used by some but not all our members. It is a good opportunity to ask about the software available to photographers. Moving on, we had the opportunity to do some practical work e.g. using the tools to cut and mount pictures. Katherine then introduced the link with Britannia, the company in Brunswick which, for many years, has been very supportive in printing and mounting our work, especially for competitions.
